Initial Evaluation $200
Individual Therapy Sessions $150
Family/Couples Counseling $175
These rates also apply to other professional services you may need, including, but not limited to: telephone calls more than 10 minutes, preparation of records or treatment summaries, letter or report writing.

Payment is expected at the beginning of each session; preferred methods of payment are Zelle or PayPal.
Unfortunately, Sea Glow Counseling is unable to process direct payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA). If you would like to be reimbursed by your HSA for any copayments or other out-of-pocket expenses, you will be provided a receipt to include in your submission for reimbursement.
Should you have any concerns about finances, ability to pay or have a change in your insurance coverage, kindly reach out to your respective clinician and we will work together to find a solution.
Cancellation Policy
Sea Glow Counseling has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
As such, you may cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a $150 fee collected via PayPal or Zelle. Credit Card payments require a 4% service fee.
Sea Glow Counseling reserves the right to charge your credit card to collect unpaid fees for services rendered, missed appointments or late cancellations in the event efforts to contact you are without response.
Correspondence
All phone calls, emails or text messages will be returned within 24 hours or as time permits. This will vary per clinician.
Text messages and emails are to be used to reach your clinician about appointments, scheduling, and the like, not as an extension of a session or a tool to convey grievances or vent. As Mandatory Reporters, if a clinician receives correspondence from a client that includes any statements of self harm or suicidal/homicidal content, the clinician reserves the right to contact authorities and request a wellness check from police if deemed necessary.
